Privacy Policy

BAADOL ("we", "us", "our") operates MCQuest (the "App" and "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

When you register or use MCQuest, we may collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, mobile number, email address, district.
  • Usage Data: Questions answered, exam scores, time spent, subject preferences, accuracy rates.
  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, IP address.
  • Referral Data: Referral codes used and generated.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the MCQuest service
  • To calculate your leaderboard ranking and performance analytics
  • To manage your coin balance and reward system
  • To process payments for Pro subscriptions
  • To send you exam result notifications and app updates via FCM
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

  • AWS — for cloud hosting and data storage (Bangladesh region preferred)
  • Firebase (Google) — for push notifications (FCM)
  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket — for payment processing (we do not store card details)

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure API authentication (Laravel Sanctum). However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password.

5. Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at support@mcquest.com.bd. Account deletion removes your profile data within 30 days.

Terms of Service

By registering and using MCQuest, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

MCQuest is available to users aged 13 and above who are preparing for government job examinations in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to answer questions or manipulate your score.
  • Multiple accounts per person are prohibited.

3. Content Accuracy

MCQuest strives to provide accurate, expert-reviewed questions. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. If you find an error, please report it via the Contact page. We will review and correct within 72 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

All question content, design, software, and branding on MCQuest is owned by BAADOL and is protected under Bangladeshi copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including cheating, abuse of the referral system, or fraudulent activity.

Coin Policy

⚠️ Important Notice — Bangladesh Cyber Security Ordinance 2025

MCQuest coins are not currency, tokens, or virtual assets as defined under the Digital Security Act or Cyber Security Ordinance 2025. They have no monetary value and cannot be used as a means of payment for goods or services outside the MCQuest app.

  • Coins are earned through in-app activities (registration bonus, exam rewards, referrals, surprise gifts, and purchases).
  • Coins can only be spent on the following MCQuest features: Full Exam, Subject Wise Exam, Quick Exam, Topic Wise Exam, Personal Profiling, and Individual Guide.
  • There is no other way to spend coins within the app.
  • Coins cannot be transferred or sent to another user's account.
  • Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, bKash credit, or any real-world currency.
  • Coins have no expiry date. However, if you do not spend any coins for 365 consecutive days, your account may be frozen. Once an account is frozen, the coins associated with it may expire.
  • BAADOL reserves the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and spending rates with 7 days' notice.
  • Fraudulent coin manipulation (bots, exploits, fake referrals) will result in account termination and full coin forfeiture.

Refund Policy

  • Pro subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as required by Bangladesh Consumer Rights laws.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pro features, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a review.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
  • If a payment was processed in error (double charge, etc.), we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
